Home Pool Maintenance Contracts
Arlington Pool and Spa specializes in weekly pool maintenance. All pools are serviced by our trained technicians, not inexperienced "summer help". We are a clientele based service company that puts our emphasis on quality, not quantity so you can spend more time enjoying your pool. Arlington Pool and Spa offers weekly service plans that include:
- Pool opening at start of season
- Pool closing at season end
- Weekly maintenance during season
- Chemicals required to maintain pool during season
- Competitive pricing and convenient payment plans
- Priority scheduling for service calls
Seasonal maintenance pricing is based upon frequency of visits, number of weeks pool open during season and a pool inspection. To obtain a quote for seasonal maintenance, please complete our Schedule Pool Service form and we will arrange a visit to your pool and provide you with a seasonal package price.
Pool Opening Service
Have your pool professionally opened and ready for an enjoyable season. At start-up, we will perform the following:
- Remove debris from immediate deck area
- Remove, fold and store pool cover
- Reassemble filter, pump, pool cleaner
- Install ladders, rail, skimmer baskets and accessories
- Remove winterization plugs
- Start-up filter system
- Light pilot on pool heater. Heater will be left off but ready to operate.
- Initial test & adjustment of water chemistry, add owner chemicals
Pool Winterization Service
Protect your investment! Professional winterization is a necessity for the educated pool owner. Have it done right by Arlington Pool and Spa Company to avoid costly and time consuming repairs in the spring. Our closing package includes:
- Lowering water level to proper level for cover type
- Air blow and plug lines
- Winterize filtration system and pumps
- Install skimmer protection expansion devices
- Add winter chemicals
- Install winter pool cover

Fall closing price does not include any chemicals, plugs, skimmer expansion device, or safety cover anchors and will be billed in addition to closing price above. Vacuuming is not included in our standard closing and pool will be winterized in the condition it is in upon arrival unless prior arrangements have been made to clean the pool (at additional cost).
Winterizations are scheduled "week of" and not be specific appointments. It is not required for someone to be home for the visit provided we have access to the pool, equipment, winter cover, etc. If our crew can not perform scheduled work due to access problems or other reasons and has to return at a later time, an additional fee will apply.
General Service and Repairs
Your pool has many systems which require professional care to maintain optimal condition. A sampling of services available include:

- Filter repair or replacement
- Heater troubleshooting, repair, or replacement

- Vacation pool maintenance
Automatic Cover Preventative Maintenance Service
Routine preventative maintenance is key for extending the life of your automatic cover and ensuring it works properly. Our preventative maintenance service includes Mechanism/System Check-up/Adjustment, Cleaning/Conditioning and Lubrication.
Swimming Pool Drain and Clean
Our technicians will drain pool, remove debris, perform light acid wash, clean interior of pool and start refilling of pool. A return visit will be made to start the pool when water is at appropriate level.
Winter Guard Plan
Nearly all pools in our area require some attention in the winter months. Correct water levels, water chemistry and equipment inspections are particularly important. Swimming Pool Demo Visit
Whether you have a new pool, or are new to owning one, Arlington Pool and Spa professionals can provide a demonstration visit to show you what you need to know. Instructions for basic equipment and chemical usage are included.
